I'm wondering to what extent we can or want to use this forum to coordinate the Argentina trip. I'm especially interested to know where people (JB and Alex, the Bozzolos, Carl and Julia, the Lundrys, etc.) will be staying throughout the trip. Are hotels already in the picture around the end of the wedding week? If so, where? When?
Does anyone know when Diego will get into town?
Dawn and I are in the process of formulating an itinerary for the trip. We fly out Saturday, August 6th from Washington DC--through Miami, in case you're interested in knowing details--and fly back to DC on Monday, August 15th through JFK. We'd like to spend the first half of the trip in La Plata (with family?) and the second half in a hotel in BA. Any suggestions on where to stay or good hotel choices?

l was hoping you could stay at our home (koke and marce's) or Ade's house while you are in la plata. All you have to do is tell us who's coming so that we can organize beds and stuff. But in case you preffer staying at a hotel, here are some some choices:

Of course we'd love to stay with you! We're planning on it! Maybe you misunderstood: we plan to be with the family in La Plata for most of the trip. We're thinking maybe the last 3 or 4 nights in Buenos Aires only.
So, to summarize, we'll be in La Plata starting 8/7 and will be there through most of the week until it gets closer to the weekend.
If you're willing, Dawn and I would love to stay at Koke and Marce's with you guys. I'd be delighted!

Or alternatively, at Ade's would be great too, but it sounds like that place will be pretty full. You guys fit us where you have room and we'll be happy. I'll post the exact date we'll head to Buenos Aires as soon as I find out--probably that Thursday the 11th.

I don't know if you got this before, but we arrive Sunday, August 7th at 0700. I'm counting on having a place to stay with you guys until mid-week or end of the week.

I will be arriving on August 8th (leaving Aug 17)with Mom, dad and carla. I will definitely need a place to stay. Koke sent me an email a few weeks back offering his casa and I took him up on his offer. Since I will be flying solo (sin guillaume or amigo), I can definitely crash on any couch, mattress, pillows on the floor anywhere. I pretty much plan on spending all of my nights in La Plata, with the random trips to B.A. every now and then..No need for a hotel for me, unless Guillaume changes his mind or alejandro sanz flies into town.
Please let me know if there is anything I can do, bring, say, sing, arrange, etc. to make this easier for everyone. I'm a lot more flexible, given that I don't have to accomodate to novios or esposos.
Santi/juan- you tell me who i'm staying with. I leave it up to you!
